Natural Ways to Clean Your Body

You can scrub with a boar bristle brush to slough the dead skin cells off. This is a natural way to exfoliate. Before and/or after the bath, while skin is dry.

Soaking in warm water with Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, or probably any kind of salt without iodide/iodine can kill bacteria and help your body relax. It also clears up skin problems.

You can add 6-8 drops of your favorite essential oil into your bath.

To clean your teeth, gargle and spit with a salt and warm water rinse. Maybe you can add peppermint oil to the mixture.

Use a toothbrush to clean the plaque off your teeth.

The salt water should clean both your tongue and mouth and kill any bacteria. All you have to do is scrape off remaining plaque with a toothbrush.

To deodorize your arm pits, use a wet salt rock on your armpits, then apply a good amount of essential oil to perfume your body. Put baking soda combined with water and essential oils.

Oil can also go in your hair. Your hair and skin need oils to stay shiny and soft and to rejuvenate the skin. The problem comes when there is an excess build-up of oils and dead skin cells. That is why you use the boar-hair brush.

Then you add fresh oils.

To clean your hair, use vinegar or an acidic fruit like a lemon. It strips the hair of oils quickly. [You can also use baking soda combined with water for a less harsh but slower-acting shampoo]

Use essential oils to condition.

You can also use soap, and lather it onto a washcloth. Natural soap is made of animal fat and charcoal.
