a bodach is the male counterpart of hag or crone

[irish]

the cailleach is the name for a hag or crone fitting the irish theme

they are sovereigns or emperors/empresses compared to the mother/father trope


morrigan = mother queen

dagda = [dad] father king


maid or maiden [irish: bean]

lad or laddie [irish: fear]


for wee babes, or non divine fae:

nymph [female] or faun [male]

irish:

cailín - female

buachaill - male


bean, morrigan, cailleach

fear, dagda, bodach


the young being neuter, but i will specify gender with nymph or faun
